Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions about our cleaning services. I hope they will be helpful.

Our cleaning solutions used are Environmental, Baby & Pet friendly.

 

We also use products listed on NEA’s “List of household disinfectants and self-disinfecting surface coating products against COVID-19 virus”.

 

We do have chemicals that are stronger and harsher but we will only use them if necessary.

 

Other than General Cleaning services, all cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions will be brought by our crew. So you can just sit back, relax and let us do the work.

General Cleaning consist of basic cleaning tasks that includes sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, etc. This type of “surface” cleaning is performed more often to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

 

They are usually done on a weekly/bi-weekly basis as a maintenance with 1 cleaner.

 

Other intensive cleaning services goes further to get rid of dirt, grime, soap scum, etc. It’s a more thorough service than General cleaning. For such cleaning services, there will usually be 3-9 crew deployed depending on the size of the office/house.

Moving in/out cleaning and Post tenancy cleaning are suitable for clients who are looking to clean an area that was pre-occupied. Cleaning activities such as degreasing of hob and hood as well as cleaning of appliances such as the fridge’s internal will be done.

 

Post Renovation cleaning are suitable for clients who have renovated their house / any parts of their house. Our crew will dust out the drywall particles from all areas such as carpentry and floor before cleaning them. However, we can’t guarantee a 100% complete removal of drywall dust as some of the agitated particles might only settle down when the windows are closed/after a period of time.

For Deep Cleaning & Fogging services, there’s 5 steps of cleaning.

 

Step 1:
Clean all surfaces with 1-2 rounds of clean water

 

Step 2:
Clean all surfaces with 1 round of Surface Cleaner

 

Step 3:
Clean all surfaces with 1 round of disinfectant

 

Step 4:
Steam clean all surfaces (using industrial grade steam cleaner with 7 bar pressure and at 169 degrees)

 

Step 5:
Fogging / Misting

Our Methodology:

 

  • Water Based Vacuum
    It helps to remove soil deposits, dust mites, skin flakes and dust.

 

  • Light foam Bath
    It helps to disinfect, remove stains and dirt for easier extraction.

 

  • Deep cleaning (Extraction)
    This will help remove disintegrated dirt, deep clean and deodorize.

 

  • 7 Bar Steam Cleaning
    Using high pressure steam cleaner (up to 169°C) to sterilize and to eliminate bacteria, mold spores, viruses and deactivate allergens.

 

  • Stain / Spot Treatment
    If any
    (No 100% removal as some stains will permanently damage/ discolor or bind onto the upholstery fibre- depending on the condition, content and duration)

 

*It will take 2hr to 3hrs for the upholstery to fully dry with good ventilation.

For Mattress & Fabric Sofa deep cleaning, we uses products that are suitable for clients who have Asthma, Eczema prone skin and Allergies.

 

Our products does NOT contain zeolitefragrances, dyes or discolouring agents, preservatives or optical brighteners. MI free (methylisothiazolinone).

 

However, do inform the crew beforehand in case harsher chemicals are used during the stain removal process.

  • 7 Bar Steam Cleaning
    Using high pressure steam cleaner (up to 165°C) to sterilize and to eliminate bacteria, mold spores, viruses and deactivate allergens.

 

  • Wax treatment
    Restoring the condition and leaves a protective layer.
